This program motivates retailers and manufacturers to promote the energy-saving capability of ENERGY STAR® qualified compact fluorescent light (CFL) bulbs and appliances. It also helps buy down the incremental cost of bulbs and appliances such as refrigerators, room air conditioners and heating equipment by providing incentives to residents.

HVAC Replacement Program
Helping to reduce home electric bills significantly, the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Replacement Program offers incentives to residents who purchase ENERGY STAR qualified air conditioners and heat pumps — which are up to 14 percent more efficient than standard units.

High-Performance A/C & Heat Pump Tune-Up Program
This program helps residents enhance the efficiency of their air conditioning and heating equipment. Participants receive a coupon that can be used toward cleaning blowers and indoor coils, sealing return and supply duct leaks, and other energy-and money-saving maintenance tasks.

This program enables homeowners to lower their energy bills and increase the comfort of their homes. It provides an in-home analysis, as well as financial and installation assistance, to help residents identify and complete weatherization improvements.
