Complete and submit your online Trade Ally application. Once completed and submitted, you will receive an email with a link to authenticate your account. Please note, this link will only be active for 24 hours.

Attend a training webinar

Once you've verified your account, we'll email you an invitation to attend a training webinar. During the training webinar we will review program processes, measures, how to submit a rebate application, etc. This training is about one hour with time for questions and answers.

Account support

You will be assigned a dedicated account manager who will reach out and introduce themselves. Your account manager will be available for ongoing support throughout the year.

Look for your website listing

After completing the training webinar, your business will be added to the Find A Trade Ally tool which allows commercial customers to easily locate nearby participating Trade Allies, giving you a new way to expand your customer base. Make sure you check your listing.
