President and Chief Executive Officer

Rich McBee is President and CEO of CLEAResult. He brings more than 30 years of leadership experience to the role, with a long track record of driving market expansion, revenue growth, and operational excellence at a range of technology and services companies. Prior to joining CLEAResult, McBee served as President and CEO of Riverbed, a leader in enterprise performance and visibility solutions. Before that, he served as President and CEO of Mitel, where he transformed the company into a leading global provider of unified communications and collaboration solutions. McBee also served as President of the Communications and Enterprise Group of Danaher Corporation, which he joined in 2007 after the acquisition of Tektronix Communications, where he had worked since 1998 in a variety of senior leadership positions. He currently sits on the board of directors of Sportsman’s Warehouse, serving as chairman of the compensation committee. McBee holds a master’s degree in business administration from the Chapman School of Business and Economics. He graduated from the United States Air Force Academy with a Bachelor of Science in 1986.

MATTHEW CHILDRESS
Chief Technology and Product Officer

Matthew Childress is Chief Technology and Product Officer at CLEAResult, where he leads technology infrastructure, product development, and client-facing platforms across North America. He brings more than 25 years of experience in technology leadership, with a focus on building scalable systems and delivering complex, enterprise-wide initiatives.
Before joining CLEAResult, Matthew served as Director in the Performance and Technology Practice at AlixPartners, where he led large-scale transformation efforts for global clients across the technology, manufacturing, financial services, and energy sectors. Earlier in his career, he held senior technology leadership roles at Kestra Holdings, Halliburton, Waste Management, and CenterPoint Energy, supporting cloud migrations, enterprise platform implementations, and the growth of technology organizations.
Matthew brings a hands-on, execution-focused approach, balancing system reliability with innovation to drive business value and growth. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Angelo State University and a master’s degree from the University of Houston.

Chief Legal Officer

Joe balances strong, hands-on leadership with business-oriented law practice to help CLEAResult navigate risk toward smart and stable growth. He previously served as General Counsel to PECI and to Rogue Ales & Spirits. In private practice, Joe focused on commercial transactions, M&A, and corporate law at Davis Wright Tremaine LLP. For several years, Joe advised Mercy Corp pro bono on international business transactions. Outside of CLEAResult, Joe volunteers as an adoption advocate and provides pro bono legal services to nonprofit organizations. Prior to his legal career, Joe lived in France, played music for a living and served in the U.S. Army. Joe attended Georgetown University Law Center, received his JD from The University of Richmond and his BA from Saint Leo University, Magna Cum Laude.

Chet Kwasniak brings more than 20 years of executive experience and a history of translating strategies into superior results. In addition to finance, his expertise includes M&A, acquisition integration, strategic planning, pricing, and IT. Chet’s depth and breadth of experiences across multiple industries and a history of building highly capable, client centric, insight-oriented teams will accelerate value creation at CLEAResult. Most recently, Chet was CFO for CareerBuilder, an HR technology and data company that provides end-to-end solutions to a global search marketplace where he was active in M&A, finance transformation and value realization. Prior to CareerBuilder, Chet was CFO and EVP for MW Industries where he was responsible for Finance, IT, Pricing and M&A. At MWI, Chet transformed the finance and IT functions and drove fifteen acquisitions which tripled the size of the company. Chet holds a Master of Business Administration in Strategy and Finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in Accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He is actively involved in various community and charitable organizations, loves to travel, enjoys physical activity, is an art enthusiast and an environmentalist.

Chief People Officer

Gabby is our Chief People Officer and member of our core leadership team. She is responsible for driving all strategic and operational aspects of our HR department. With over 20 years of experience leading progressive HR teams, she shapes and enables our “One CLEAResult” mindset that fosters a culture of empowerment, accountability and inclusivity without sacrificing performance. Prior to joining our team, Gabby was the Chief Human Resource Officer at Sigura (now Solenis LLC), a global water treatment solution company. Additionally, she has held people-centric leadership positions at Vista Consulting Group, a consulting arm of Vista Equity Partners, and Acoustic, a marketing cloud platform organization, as well as spending nearly 18 years at NCR, a global enterprise technology leader, which culminated in a senior HR role for the NCR Services organization–a $2.5B business with 16,000 employees across 80+ countries. Before building a reputation as an international HR innovator, Gabby earned her bachelor’s degree from Charles University in Prague and master’s degree in Human Resources from Cornell University.  Now living in Atlanta, GA, she spends her spare time visiting her daughter in Miami. Together, they enjoy travelling and are big fans of lacrosse, competitive cheerleading and college football (Go ‘Canes!).

Len holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto and a master’s in management from Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford. Vic Pisani is Chief Operating Officer for CLEAResult’s U.S. operations, with responsibility for driving operational performance, strengthening client relationships, and standardizing program delivery across the organization. In this role, Vic oversees six U.S. regions — supporting consistent delivery and strong client engagement nationwide.
Vic joined CLEAResult in 2007, partnering with the company’s founders during its early growth and playing a key role in scaling operations as the organization expanded across North America.
He has more than 30 years of experience in energy efficiency consulting and utility management. Early in his career, he worked on the team that helped promote and scale the ENERGY STAR® program for the U.S. Government. He also held a variety of management roles at ComEd, Chicago’s electric utility.
Vic holds a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA in finance and management & strategy from the Kellogg School of Management.

Ryan Shaw is the Chief Growth Officer at CLEAResult, where he leads strategic expansion and market development across North America. With more than 20 years of experience in the energy sector, he has a proven record of scaling operations, forging strategic partnerships, and delivering results for utilities, governments, and businesses.
Over his decade with CLEAResult, Ryan has played a pivotal role in the company's growth. Most recently, as President of CLEAResult Canada, he led the country through a period of significant expansion. Under his leadership, the Canadian business grew substantially. He expanded program delivery capabilities across multiple provinces, integrated the acquisition of EcoFitt, launched CLEAResult Québec as a new subsidiary, and established a strategic partnership with the Toronto Blue Jays. His focus on operational excellence and client relationships positioned CLEAResult Canada as the country's largest energy efficiency services provider.
Before joining CLEAResult, Ryan held leadership roles at Rogers Communications and Union Gas, where he developed commercial energy solutions and built new business lines focused on conservation and efficiency. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology from Lawrence Technological University and an MBA from the Ted Rogers School of Management.

Ehsan Dibaji is President of CLEAResult Canada, where he leads national strategy, market development, and program delivery across the country. With more than 15 years of experience in energy efficiency, demand side management (DSM), and policy-driven market transformation, he has a history of advancing effective solutions in complex regulatory and market environments. 
Previously, Ehsan served as Vice President of Policy and Market Development, driving initiatives to promote energy conservation, shape policy frameworks, and expand market opportunities for energy efficiency programs nationwide. Ehsan is a seasoned program implementer overseeing some of the largest residential and commercial/industrial programs in Canada.
Before joining CLEAResult, Ehsan managed energy conservation programs at Enbridge Gas, where he helped develop the company's 2015-2020 DSM Plan, oversaw a $306M DSM portfolio budget, led stakeholder consultations, and collaborated with government agencies, including the Ontario Energy Board, to align policy objectives with program delivery. He is based in Toronto, Canada.
