President and Chief Executive Officer

Rich McBee is President and CEO of CLEAResult. He brings more than 30 years of leadership experience to the role, with a long track record of driving market expansion, revenue growth, and operational excellence at a range of technology and services companies. Prior to joining CLEAResult, McBee served as President and CEO of Riverbed, a leader in enterprise performance and visibility solutions. Before that, he served as President and CEO of Mitel, where he transformed the company into a leading global provider of unified communications and collaboration solutions. McBee also served as President of the Communications and Enterprise Group of Danaher Corporation, which he joined in 2007 after the acquisition of Tektronix Communications, where he had worked since 1998 in a variety of senior leadership positions. He currently sits on the board of directors of Sportsman’s Warehouse, serving as chairman of the compensation committee. McBee holds a master’s degree in business administration from the Chapman School of Business and Economics. He graduated from the United States Air Force Academy with a Bachelor of Science in 1986.

He previously served as General Counsel to PECI and to Rogue Ales & Spirits. In private practice, Joe focused on commercial transactions, M&A, and corporate law at Davis Wright Tremaine LLP. For several years, Joe advised Mercy Corp pro bono on international business transactions. Outside of CLEAResult, Joe volunteers as an adoption advocate and provides pro bono legal services to nonprofit organizations. Most recently, Chet was CFO for CareerBuilder, an HR technology and data company that provides end-to-end solutions to a global search marketplace where he was active in M&A, finance transformation and value realization. Prior to CareerBuilder, Chet was CFO and EVP for MW Industries where he was responsible for Finance, IT, Pricing and M&A. At MWI, Chet transformed the finance and IT functions and drove fifteen acquisitions which tripled the size of the company. Chet holds a Master of Business Administration in Strategy and Finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in Accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Gabby is our Chief People Officer and member of our core leadership team. She is responsible for driving all strategic and operational aspects of our HR department. With over 20 years of experience leading progressive HR teams, she shapes and enables our “One CLEAResult” mindset that fosters a culture of empowerment, accountability and inclusivity without sacrificing performance. Prior to joining our team, Gabby was the Chief Human Resource Officer at Sigura (now Solenis LLC), a global water treatment solution company. Additionally, she has held people-centric leadership positions at Vista Consulting Group, a consulting arm of Vista Equity Partners, and Acoustic, a marketing cloud platform organization, as well as spending nearly 18 years at NCR, a global enterprise technology leader, which culminated in a senior HR role for the NCR Services organization–a $2.5B business with 16,000 employees across 80+ countries. Before building a reputation as an international HR innovator, Gabby earned her bachelor’s degree from Charles University in Prague and master’s degree in Human Resources from Cornell University.  Now living in Atlanta, GA, she spends her spare time visiting her daughter in Miami. Together, they enjoy travelling and are big fans of lacrosse, competitive cheerleading and college football (Go ‘Canes!).

Prior to joining CLEAResult, Len was Senior Vice-President of Strategy and Corporate Marketing at Canada Post Corporation, Canada’s postal operator and largest parcel delivery provider, where he led strategy, brand, enterprise risk and data & analytics. From 2005 to 2016, Len held several senior executive positions at Direct Energy with responsibilities including strategy, mergers and acquisitions and leadership of the rental water-heater business. Len holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto and a master’s in management from Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford. Len enjoys skiing, hockey and rowing and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the York School, an independent school in Toronto.

Vic has 25 years of experience with utility management and energy efficiency consulting. In the early 1990s Vic worked on the team that promoted and grew the ENERGY STAR concept for the EPA. He has held various management positions with Chicago’s electric utility, ComEd, and joined with the founders of CLEAResult in 2007 when CLEAResult was less than 20 people. Vic has a BS in chemistry from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA in finance and management and strategy from the Kellogg School of Management.

Prior to joining CLEAResult, Jeremy worked for the globally based Johnson Controls in their Building Efficiency group. When not working you can find Jeremy spending time outdoors playing softball/baseball with his kids, grilling or enjoying a round of golf. Jeremy holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, and also studied Journalism.

Kecia Davison is the Senior Vice President for the West region.  She is a proven leader of people with over thirty-five years of deep domain experience in energy efficiency, construction, and finance. Prior to joining CLEAResult Kecia was the President of West Energy for SitelogIQ where she drove a full transformation of the West Energy business which included creating; a highly collaborative team, record backlog and profit, while executing a challenging divesture. Kecia was VP of Energy at ABM where she built their California Public Sector Energy business from the ground up and lead ABM’s Public-Private Partnership (P3) Infrastructure business. Previously in her leadership role at Johnson Controls, she lead her team to close one of JCI’s largest energy solutions project with the State of Hawaii, Dept of Transportation.  Another leadership role Kecia held was the VP/GM of the West for Conservation Services Group where she successfully reshaped and grew the west business portfolio across several investor-owned utilities. As a California energy efficiency thought leader Kecia actively participates in shaping business-friendly energy policy. She is an energetic board member of the School Energy Coalition (SEC) and was a founding board member of the California Energy Efficiency Industry Council. Kecia is an avid sports fan, skier, golf, and tennis player. Her adult sons live in Seattle.  Kecia lives in Orange County California with her husband, Jim, a decorated former Navy fighter pilot.

Mark served as president and chief executive officer of Ford Motor Company and was a member of the company’s board of directors from 2014 to 2017. He joined Ford in 1989 and progressed through a number of leadership positions in the U.S., South America, Asia and Europe. He was executive vice president and president of the Americas, executive vice president and CEO of Premier Automotive Group and Ford Europe, chair and CEO of the Premier Automotive Group from 2002 to 2004, and was President and Chief Executive Officer of Mazda Motor Corporation from 2000 to 2002. Mark currently serves as Chair of the Board for CLEAResult, is a Senior Advisor to TPG, and is a director on the following TPG portfolio companies: Ellucian, Fleetpride and Transplace. He also serves as an independent director on Qualcomm, Inc.

Previously, she was the Global President of the Switchgear business for Cooper. Roxanne holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Clemson University and an MBA with a concentration in marketing from the Pamplin College of Business at Virginia Tech. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for CLEAResult

Anthony (Tony) served as Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and President of PG&E Corporation from 2011 to 2017 and Executive Chairman until 2017. He joined PG&E in 2011 after 17 years at DTE Energy, where he served as Executive Chairman, Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer. Tony has served as on the executive committee of the Edison Electric Institute and the Nuclear Energy Institute and was a board member of the Electric Power Research Institute. He currently serves on the boards of CLEAResult, Ford Motor Company and United Way Worldwide.

Prior to joining The Rise Fund, Rick was the Director of Energy and Sustainability for Google, where he led teams that invested in transformative, large-scale renewable energy projects, explored ways to help accelerate energy access in emerging markets, and catalyzed actions to address climate change. Prior to joining Google, Rick worked at DEKA Research & Development Corp, and at Bain & Company, and served for eight years in the U.S. Navy. Rick was on the Board of the Atlantic Wind Connection (AWC), a company developing an offshore wind energy transmission backbone off the Mid-Atlantic coast. He was also a member of the Energy Systems Integration Technical Review Panel for NREL and a member of the Sustainability Expert Advisory Panel for P&G. Rick holds a BS in aerospace engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy, an MS in aeronautics and astronautics from MIT, where he attended as a Draper Fellow, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Prior to joining TPG, Neal was with Audax Private Equity. He received a BA from the University of Michigan and a JD/MBA from Stanford Law School and the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Neal Sangal is a Vice President at TPG Capital based in San Francisco, and has been with TPG since 2018. He focuses on the industrials and services sectors. Renee has served as Chief Financial Officer for both public and private companies including Flowserve Corporation, Shared Technologies and most recently Stream Energy, a retail electric & gas provider. Renee is non-executive board chair of Stream and also serves on the boards of Eastman Chemical Company (EMN), the Freeman company, Watchguard, and TriGlobal Energy, a renewable energy developer. She is chair emeritus of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) North Texas chapter, an NACD Board Leadership Fellow and a member of NACD’s national Risk Advisory committee. Renee has earned the Cybersecurity Oversight certificate from CERT and NACD and is a CPA. She is a member of the NACD faculty serving as an instructor and facilitator in its Advanced Director Professionalism and other board programs. Renee holds a BA in English from Indiana University and an MBA with a concentration in accounting from Indiana University’s Kelly School of Business. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for CLEAResult.

Rose McKinney-James is an experienced and accomplished small business leader, clean energy advocate, and independent corporate director with a broad history in public service, private sector corporate sustainability, social impact, and non-profit volunteerism. She is the former President and CEO of the Corporation for Solar Technology and Renewable Resources, (CSTRR) and former Commissioner with the Nevada Public Service Commission, she also served as Nevada’s first Director of the Department of Business and Industry. She is currently the Managing Principal of Energy Works LLC and McKinney-James & Associates, which provides business-consulting services and advocacy in public affairs, energy policy, strategy and economic and sustainable development. Ms. McKinney-James has over two decades of experience in advocacy in legislative and utility regulatory proceedings and has helped to shape much of the existing energy policy framework in the state of Nevada, through both lobbying efforts and advocacy in partnership with local organizations. A registered lobbyist with the Nevada Legislature, Rose currently represents a range of public and private entities with interests in regulatory and energy and public policy. She has been honored by the American Solar Energy Society (SOLAR NV) as the Advocate of the Year. She is the recipient of the inaugural GreenBiz Verge VANGUARD Award and the DirectWomen Sandra Day O’Connor Award for Board Excellence. She also served as a member of the Obama-Biden Transition Team in 2008. A native of Detroit, Michigan, McKinney-James is married and the proud mother of two sons.
