Chad Miller, Sr. Programs Manager, Consumers Energy

Chad is a management and energy-optimization professional with over 20 years of experience in the utility and construction industries. He is currently a Senior Programs Manager for Consumers Energy, a Michigan-based natural gas and electric utility that serves over six million customers. Chad‘s present duties include the management of a variety of energy-optimization programs, including the residential energy efficiency, new-home construction and income-qualified and pilot programs. Adding to his energy-optimization experience, Chad brings a wealth of knowledge from the construction industry as a builder, building official and plan reviewer, enforcing the energy code and understanding building science.

Ryan Fantino, Sr. Marketing Account Manager, CLEAResult

As CLEAResult’s strategic marketing lead for our Consumers Energy program portfolio, Ryan is responsible for the development and implementation and marketing strategy on behalf of four residential programs. Ryan joined the CLEAResult team in 2011 working in operations and program management. After transitioning to marketing in 2012, Ryan became responsible for the development of the Consumers Energy Helping Neighbors brand used to promote their income-qualified program offering. Before joining CLEAResult, Ryan worked for the Michigan House of Representatives where his passion for energy efficiency was first ignited while working on legislation regarding renewable portfolio standards. Ryan holds a BA in Advertising from Michigan State University.
