Midstream commercial lighting
We work with local commercial lighting providers to ensure qualifying energy-efficient equipment is in stock. Our extensive relationships with contractors, energy-efficient product distributors and manufacturers mean we create greater market coverage and higher volumes, which means bigger savings can be offered. Our programs provide incentives to participating distributors selling qualifying equipment, some or all of which is passed through to end users, with no need for paperwork from the customer. This approach makes incentives program participation easier, and helps lift barriers to participation for small and medium businesses.
Capitalize commercial and equipment
Through our midstream model we work with local commercial equipment providers to ensure energy-efficient equipment is in stock. We use our contractor, distributor and manufacturer relationships to maximize market coverage and deliver increased savings through higher volumes. We also create a lower administrative burden than traditional downstream programs, and leverage a one-to-many relationship between distributors and their customers. Our commercial midstream programs provide incentives to participating distributors selling efficient HVAC, water heating, food service, and other energy-intensive equipment. Discounts are passed to end users by participating distributors (with no paperwork required from customers), and can reduce energy and maintenance costs, extend the life of equipment, and boost staff productivity.
Energy Saving Kit Distribution program
Our Energy Saving Kit Distribution program makes the most of our centralized procurement team’s ability to find the most appropriate and low-cost measure providers and create kits for low or no cost. These are then fulfilled directly to customers for self-installation. The measures in each kit may include LED light bulbs, water-saving showerheads and faucet aerators, weatherstripping and more, and these can be selected from a menu or through CLEAResult ATLAS™ Marketplace.
Midstream residential equipment
CLEAResult's midstream solution for residential measures recruits distributors to provide point-of-sale discounts on qualifying equipment to installing contractors and their customers. Our midstream solution promotes the stocking of energy-efficient equipment and the delivery of savings cost-effectively by engaging these key supply chain actors.
Energy efficiency for agriculture
We understand that agricultural customers can be hard to reach through conventional prescriptive or midstream programs, due to their different networks and distribution channels. Rather than treating agriculture as an add-on to existing C&I programs, our agricultural energy efficiency consultants increase participation by leveraging an established program delivery approach that engages new stakeholders.
