CLEAResult picks up five Hermes Creative Awards for innovative projects and designs

Earlier this year, several CLEAResult clients were honored with 2025 Hermes Creative Awards in the Platinum, Gold and Honorable Mention categories, awarding them and CLEAResult marketing teams on innovative campaigns that helped change the way people use energy.

Now, CLEAResult is thrilled to receive five of our own Hermes Awards, including three Gold and two Platinum Awards – Hermes’ highest honor. Administered and judged by the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals (AMCP), the Hermes Creative Awards recognize outstanding work in the industry while promoting the philanthropic nature of marketing and communication professionals.

Keep reading to learn how our commitment to energy efficiency, effective messaging and corporate responsibility earned us five Hermes Creative Awards.

2024 Sustainability Report: From Purpose to Impact

Our 2024 Sustainability Report garnered a Platinum Award win in the category of Print Media/Publication/Corporate Responsibility. The beautifully designed report highlighted our dedication to achieving net zero, the progress made on the path to carbon reduction, and our commitment to our company values: Respect, Transparency, and Accountability.

Vice President of Engineering & Corporate Impact Rebecca Troutfetter sees the Annual Sustainability Report as a “love letter” to those company values, saying: “It reflects our deep respect for the profession. We care enough to measure how we’re doing and push ourselves to improve year after year. We’re fully transparent in sharing this publicly with our clients and their customers, colleagues, and industry peers. At its core, it’s about accountability: are we achieving the impact we set out to make? No matter the outcome – win, lose, or draw – we’re committed to publishing it, learning from it, celebrating the wins, and identifying where we can do better.”

Thanks to Marcia Hoang, Holly Charles-Pearson, Laura Sharp, Denny Phillips, Mimi Whitney, Emily Slyter, Rebecca Troutfetter, and the Corporate Communications team for their contributions to the award-winning report.

VIDEO: Why choose a heat pump?

Heat pumps are a transformation tool for energy efficiency, grid resilience, and energy savings, but do you really understand how they work and why you should choose one? Our short educational video explains how heat pumps are the new frontier in energy for our clients and partners to license.

Program Portfolio Manager Emma Kloss explains: “Through easy-to-understand dialogue and animation, this video helps customers learn about a more efficient, sustainable, and cost-effective way to heat and cool their home. It also points specifically to instant discounts and potential tax credits to make the technology more accessible for customers.” Our Why choose a heat pump? video earned CLEAResult the Platinum Award in the category of Electronic Media/Social Media/Interactive Media/Video/Educational.

Congratulations to Marcia Hoang, Denny Phillips, Dominique Flora-Kamis, Emma Kloss, Shannon Meserole, Laura Sharp, Mimi Whitney, Alexandria Navarro, and the Corporate Communications team on this prestigious award.

80 PLUS® wins the Gold Award in the category of Electronic Media/Social Media/Interactive Media/Web Element/Microsite.

80 PLUS® microsite Redesign

80 PLUS® is an internationally known brand for technology manufacturers that falls under the CLEAResult Consulting, Inc. parent brand. Merging the two brands while maintaining clear distinctions was a challenge accepted and met by our talented developers and UX designers. The newly redesigned microsite features an innovative user experience and eye-catching branding for these market-disrupting products. Our developers leveraged AI to achieve what was previously impossible, positioning our microsite to win the Gold Award in the category of Electronic Media/Social Media/Interactive Media/Web Element/Microsite.

Senior Digital & Creative Director Denny Phillips is proud of the joint effort, saying: “80 PLUS® directly impacts our company’s mission to change the way people use energy by providing certification for efficient power supplies that impact our day-to-day lives without most of us ever knowing. When 80 PLUS® certified power supplies for PCs, data center servers, and so many other devices draw less power from the grid, it gets us one step closer to solving the many energy imbalances we face today.”

The team responsible for this accomplishment includes Bret Sanders, Denny Phillips, Patricio Abratti, Marcia Hoang, Laura Sharp, Nicholas Reyna, Jason Boehlke, Mimi Whitney, Emily Slyter, the Corporate Communications team, and others.

Customer Experience Game – Deck of Cards

The Customer Experience Game – Deck of Cards was developed to demonstrate scenarios that energy auditors may encounter. The inventive game proved to be a hit in-person at the 2024 Energy Forum, inspired multiple program process innovations and enhancements and, most recently, earned CLEAResult a Gold Award in the category of Print Media/Marketing Collateral/Branding/Special Item.

Practice Consulting Director Katie Fotheringham, who activated the creative team who brought the game to life, says: “This game was inspired by my colleague Senior Program Director Jamie Hutchins’ attention to detail, quality control, and commitment to experiencing her programs like her participants. I wanted to find a way to inspire people to have a similar sense of curiosity and empower them to improve their programs by putting themselves in the shoes of customers and contractors. When we put ourselves into a ‘play’ state of mind, we activate parts of our brain that enhance our creativity and ability to solve problems.”

Kudos to the creative team, including Katie Fotheringham, Marcia Hoang, Nicholas Reyna, Ray McGuinness, Denny Phillips, and Mimi Whitney.

Diversity in Action (DNA) Recruiting Video Series

In the category of Electronic Media/Social Media/Interactive Media/Video/Internal Communications, our Diversity in Action (DNA) Recruiting Video Series won the Gold Award. Impactful storytelling featured employees explaining the benefits of their involvement in CLEAResult Empower Women (CREW), Voices of Parents and Caregivers (VPC), Veterans for Success (VFS), Individuals with Disabilities (Education & Awareness) ID(EA), Black @ Work, and PRIDE Alliance groups.

Program Specialist and VPC Lead Chair Melissa Burns explains the video series’ success: “The DNA recruiting video series gives a brief but in-depth look at each group’s events, goals, and what they offer: community and personal development through culture clubs. It’s a visual summary that embodies the tone of each group in a way that couldn’t be captured in print.” Associate SEM Program Manager and CREW Lead Chair Bonnie Johnson emphasizes the importance of recruiting more employees to “join to build community and support the personal and professional growth of employees”. Johnson goes on to say: “The DNA recruiting video series resonates with potential members because they recognize that the company cares about people and extends a sense of belonging. Here at CLEAResult, where most people are working remotely, the DNA groups offer a way to stay connected.”

Congratulations to our Corporate Communications team, Digital Services team, and DNA chairs, including Marcia Hoang, Sarah Knoell, Bonnie Johnson, Valerie Kennedy, Rebeca Barrios-Hurst, Melissa Burns, Pete Lakoff, Tania Rodriguez, Morgan Sammarco, Tempus Bell, Steffanie White, Marcus Moore, Nohely Miranda, Darya Koczela, Tara Colaruotolo, and Richardo Kempton.
